Booking Requirements


we require that all dogs and cats be current in the following vaccines:



Reservations and Cancellation

You Luckie Dog reserves the right to refuse services and admittance to any guests who lacks proof of vaccinations, displays signs of contagious health conditions, demonstrate aggressive behavior or does not meet our health and temperament standards. All guests must have a completed, current and approved reservation forms on file and have passed an evaluation.



Reservations require a valid credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) at time of booking. There is a 20% cancellation fee if reservations are canceled with less than 48 hours notice, except during Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. A 50% deposit is required during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays as well as a $20 holiday fee. If the reservation is canceled with less than two weeks notice prior to the scheduled holiday stay, the deposit is nonrefundable and forfeited. Discount fees will revert to full fees if not paid when guests checks-out and/or credit card is denied.



Daycare is for social dogs to play and have fun. It is not a place for aggressive dogs to learn to be social. Since safety is our primary goal, therefore daycare is not for every dog. To be accepted into our care, each dog must complete an evaluation. We will consider play alone dogs that require special care on a needs basis. 


Daycare guests can check-in from 8:00am to I I :00am Monday to Friday and 9:00am to 11:00am on weekends.

Check-out between 4:00pm - 6:00pm daily. Extended hours may be available by prior arrangement.



We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Venmo due at check-in. Credit card information must be provided to reserve a room for your pet and for any additional charges that may occur.

Although we do offer 24-hour animal care, we operate on appointment basis. For security, safety and comfort considerations we regret we cannot accommodate walk-in arrivals or departures. Holiday hours differ. Holiday boarding rates may incur surcharges.



Similar to that of a human hotel, Check-in time is in the afternoon at 4:00pm and Check-out time is before I I:00am. A late check-out fee of $25 applies to guests checking-out with the daycare dogs after 4:00pm since additional care is required. Guests not picked up at closing will be considered overnight guests and be charged for an additional night's stay. Guardian agrees that the guardian or agent for the guardian will pick up the guests when scheduled. Early check in is available between 8am-11am for an additional $25. Early/late check in/out fees only apply on check in/out days. Boarding customers are not charged for daycare



At You Luckie Dog Kennels and Cat House we take pride in the health and safety of our guests. All guests must be in good health and not have been exposed to any contagious or communicable illness within a 30-day period prior to check-in. Dogs are pack animals and lead with their teeth and paws and are unpredictable in nature. As a result, no amount of vaccination requirement, supervision, sanitation or personalized care from You Luckie Dog can be I 00% certain to prevent guest from being injured or contracting an airborne virus or communicable disease. We do our best reasonable care to prevent injury or illness to your pet.



You Luckie Dog staff will administer oral and topical medications as a value-added service and ask that medications are properly labeled and dosage indicated clearly for proper care.



Guests are fed twice daily - in the morning and in the evening. Guests may choose our house cuisine, but not recommended as it may result in a sudden change of diet for your pet and those with sensitive stomachs may not react well to the change. We recommend that you keep their diet consistent and provide their own food. Please pack an extra couple days worth.



We ask that you provide comfortable bedding for your furry companion but please don't bring any bedding that is hard to clean or can be easily damaged. Guests are welcomed to bring their toys, blankets or a clothing item with your scent to make them feel safe and at home but please refrain from bringing anything of value to you as it may get damaged during their stay. We also provide fresh bedding as an added value. We have plenty of water and food bowls for your pet, if you must bring their own bowls, please be aware that ceramic and plastic bowls are more likely to break during their stay.
